Account Deletion
How to permanently request deletion of your NOXA account and associated personal data.
This document is a working legal draft for the NOXA pre-release service and should receive jurisdiction-specific professional review before public store submission.
Delete your account in NOXA
The in-app deletion flow is being prepared for NOXA's public release. If it is unavailable in your build, use the support method below.
- Open NOXA and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Profile, then Settings.
- Select Privacy & Safety, then Delete Account.
- Review the consequences, verify your identity, type DELETE, and confirm.
Request deletion by email
Send an email from the address connected to your NOXA account to noxastreetapp@gmail.com with the subject “NOXA account deletion”. Include your NOXA username if known. We may ask for limited information to verify ownership.
What is deleted
- Your NOXA authentication account and profile.
- Garage entries and associated owned uploads.
- Posts, comments, follows, crew memberships, events, and other associated records where applicable.
- Active Live Drive location and sharing session.
Retention
Deletion removes associated personal data from active systems, subject to verification. Limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or law. Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until their normal expiry.
