Community Guidelines

NOXA is for real automotive culture. These standards protect the people, roads, and communities behind it.

This document is a working legal draft for the NOXA pre-release service and should receive jurisdiction-specific professional review before public store submission.

1. Respect people and their privacy

  • No harassment, bullying, hate, credible threats, stalking, doxxing, or unwanted sexual conduct.
  • Do not publish another person's private information or precise private location without permission.
  • Never misuse Live Drive or other location information to track, intimidate, or endanger someone.

2. Keep driving lawful and safe

  • Do not use NOXA while operating a vehicle.
  • No illegal street racing, reckless-driving challenges, police evasion, road blocking, or dangerous stunts on public roads.
  • Event and convoy hosts must choose lawful venues, secure required permissions, and communicate safety expectations.

3. Share only what you have the right to share

  • Respect copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, and confidential information.
  • Do not impersonate another driver, crew, business, organiser, or public authority.
  • Do not post scams, misleading events, prohibited goods, malware, spam, or fake engagement.

4. Reporting and enforcement

Users can report content and block accounts through NOXA. We may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or preserve relevant information when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce our Terms, or comply with law.
